2016 Cancellation Policy

Retreat Attendees:

⋆ £100 deposit is due within 72 hours of the confirmation email being sent to you

⋆ Remaining £75 balance is due no later than Friday, 2-September-2016.

⋆ We understand that circumstances may arise that would require you to cancel.
     ⋆If you cancel before 15-May-2016, you will receive a 90% refund.
     ⋆If you cancel before 15-June-2016, you will receive a 75% refund.
     ⋆If you cancel before 15-July-2016, you will receive a 50% refund.
     ⋆If you cancel before 15-August-2016, you will receive a 25% refund.
     ⋆If you cancel before 2-September-2016, you will receive a 5% refund.
     ⋆No refunds will be made after 2-September-2016.

⋆ If you need to cancel, you must email us at GeekyPuffinKnitPalooza AT gmail DOT com. No other form of contact will be accepted for cancellations.



Vendors:

⋆ The fee of £25/£10 will be due no later than Thursday, 30-June-2016.

⋆ There is no refund if you have to cancel.



Classes Open to Public:

⋆ The class fee of £40 per class will be due within 72 hours of the confirmation email being sent to you.

⋆ There is no refund if you have to cancel.
